With the new school year underway, people are going to have less time to train. How are you combating school and keeping training in your everyday lives?
Myself, I have a few days a week that I go out and do parkour at lunch. I also usually do it after school before work

now that i live out in grandbay i live right by the wood and there are knocked down trees to vault and swing under
